Trasna na dTonnta, meaning “Across the Waves” in Irish, is a line from a traditional emigrant’s song about preparing to return home to Ireland. It speaks to the deep yearning felt by generations of Irish people abroad — a longing to reconnect with their roots, heritage, and homeland.
